For an AFTER HOURS emergency, please call 773-370-9146 AND follow up with an email. If the problem occurs during normal business hours, please call the office and follow up with an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

No hot water
A major electrical issue
An uncontrolled leak
A lock out
Please make note of the following information PRIOR TO CALLING the emergency number.
For a lock out, there is a $50 charge, due at the time of service.
Tenants may be liable for a $50 charge should they contact the emergency number for a non-emergency issue.
If you smell gas after business hours, please contact the emergency number for the gas company. Their contact information is provided below.
